A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is a three volume set of books addressing our spiritual foundations and understanding of who we are.  The books were given as a series of spiritual dictations received by Dr. Helen Schucman and first published in 1975.  They consist of the Text, the Workbook for Students and the Teacher’s Manual.  The curriculum in the Workbook for Students consists of daily lessons for 365 days of the year.  The Text provides discussion and elucidation of spiritual principles and teachings.  The Teacher’s Manual is a smaller book to support the understandings for those who teach, and the course acknowledges that we are all students and teachers for each other.

A Course in Miracles is designed to lead us through a series of lessons, observations and practices to change our thinking and view of who we are from perceptions through the eye of the ego to deeper knowledge and understanding of ourselves as spiritual beings not separate from God or Source.  The Course is meant to be an individual study, but there are thousands of groups world-wide to support shared learning.
