About the Talk:

Given that you are singular and unique, you are showing up in our world unlike anyone else who has ever lived or ever will live. Then, what you say, what you do, even how you walk is a remarkable contribution into the festival of our lives.

Only when we learn to trust ourselves and our natural instincts, can we harmonize with the power of Universal Love. It is that power that taught Van Gogh to paint, Einstein to think, and that will guide along the path of your life’s mission.

Mon March 27th from 10:00am-12:00pm

The idea of the artist untethered is that within everyone is a creative being, we are here to guide them to be freed from their egos or identities which say they are not artists, or not artistic enough. So we will call these ‘sessions’ and not ‘classes’, as the true teacher can only come from inspiration awakened within each individual.

Participants will bring their own portable supplies, to an in-person session Monday mornings. It will be stressed that they will be non-toxic (eg. No spray paints/oil paints etc.) Basic painting supplies will be available for purchase at a nominal fee.

A centering and grounding meditation, and perhaps a few minutes of loving movement followed by a little check-in and sharing, and then let the creative juices flow. We will play music in the background and offer prompts, ideas, and encouragement as required.

Sat Mar 25 from 10:00am-4:00pm

Erika Conway, producer and director of internationally toured show “Tomatoes Tried to Kill Me But Banjos Saved My Life”, knows and understands first hand the power of telling your story and tapping into your authentic voice.

Our stories can provide the stepping stones for transformation.

This class is designed to do a deep dive into your internal world and ignite your authentic voice connecting back to your greatest asset.  YOU.

Her specialty is digging into your personal stories, shining a light on the internal roadblocks holding you back, liberating your creative spark, and activating that powerful authority you have within you just begging you to give it a voice.

As a 30 year veteran of stage and film, combined with her 15 years a experience as a yoga/meditation teacher and creative coach, Erika has the ability to offer effective strategies in unlocking your personal creativity and empower you.

In this workshop you will delve into exercises including:

Storytelling sessions
Mediation/ visualization exercises
Writing & journalling with prompts
Playful body movement sessions

Your stories matter.  Let Erika empower you to share yours!

New 6 Week Wed Evening Class with Bob Trask

STARTING WED MARCH 29th from 6:30pm-8:00pm

Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice that heals traumatic pasts and destructive thought patterns. This natural practice is working miracles in the lives of those who learn it. Drawing on the teaching of Hawaiian kahunas and on the new science of epigenetics and quantum physics we will learn to cleanse our consciousnesses of negative memories, unconscious fears, and dysfunctional programming and to grant ourselves lives of forgiveness, peace, and love.

As a follower of Ho’oponopono for years, I have been amazed by how its ancient laws blend with modern epigenetics and quantum physics. This six-week class will be our personal awakening.

Please get your book and join me on zoom from 6:30 till 8:00 on Wednesday evenings beginning March 29. When ordering your book please note that there are several Ho’oponopono books in publication. We are using The Book of Ho'oponopono: The Hawaiian Practice of Forgiveness and Healing, by Jean Graciet, Nathalie Bodin and Luc Bodin.

Please read chapter one before the class begins.

Suggested donation will be $25 for each class or $140 for all six classes.

Sat Apr 1st from 9:00am-10:00am - On Zoom

Since the beginning of human history, people have gathered in circles to share wisdom and learn how to better "be" in the world. Unity continues this tradition of Spiritual Wisdom Circles. These will foster deep discussion and greater mastery of spiritual and metaphysical principles.

Spiritual Wisdom Circles will take place on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month for a total of 16 sessions as we move through 4 topics and 4 circle sessions with each of the said topics. This will be a time to meet new friends and tackle a new area of spiritual exploration and conversation.

Participation in this program leads to enhanced spiritual connection—and ultimately—greater personal spiritual confidence and leadership.

Join Rev. Bob this Saturday. Admission by Donation.

Tuesdays at Unity from 12:30pm-2:30pm

Thursdays on Zoom from 7:00pm-9:00pm

With Margaret McLeod and Marian Dyck

A Course In Miracles (ACIM) brings the reader through a series of lessons, observations and practices that fundamentally changes how we see ourselves — from the eye of the ego to spiritual beings not separate from God or Source. While ACIM is a book meant for solitary study, there are thousands of study groups worldwide to support your learning and conscious evolution.
